Most frequent questions and answers

I ask that you allow 2 weeks for delivery of the photography.  You will receive an email.  And in that email will be a link to download the files from my server, onto your computer or device.

Please download as soon as possible.  The link will be removed within 30 days of the date it was sent.

Typically, I send the background photo (that is taken of you at the end of the show, with your trophies, in whatever pose you wish) within 2-3 days. 

I ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the Video to you. 

ABSOLUTELY!  You are invited to take a look at the fitness photography packages.

You are also not limited to fitness at all.  I can accommodate just about any photo idea you have.  Just let me know and I can help with ideas and concepts.

Definitely!  You can check out the samples I have that are specifically taking advantage of and designed for Instagram’s square format and is up to 1 minute long.

I stand behind my products and your satisfaction with them is important to me. However, because the products are digital goods and delivered via the internet, I generally offer no refunds. If you change your mind about your purchase and HAVE NOT downloaded the products to your virtual drive or computer system of phone, I will happily issue you a refund upon your request. Refund requests made after you have downloaded the products are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at my sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within 30 days of your original purchase
